Please allow up to two working days for your order to be processed, we work hard to get
our orders picked, packed and shipped as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with
tracking details as soon as it is on its way to you.
Delivery cannot be made to PO boxes as we require a signature upon delivery. Above
shipping times are estimated, please allow a week to avoid disappointment.
Please note that any local duties or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. J D Cashen
takes no responsibility for delays at customs.
We will offer an exchange or full refund for all full price orders. All items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you would like to arrange an exchange, please contact us at hello@jdcashen.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will provide you with details for a return, returns will not be accepted without a return number.
Costs incurred for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer unless the garment is faulty or incorrect. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with the correct tags attached. We cannot accept the return of items that have been altered. Once the return has been checked, the replacement garment will be sent at the cost of J D Cashen and you will be emailed tracking information for your new package. In the case of a refund, we will contact you to arrange this transfer.
